Over 30 years
experience in supplying individually tailored equipment to industry
has provided All-Fill with a comprehensive library of
technologies and techniques to develop special purpose machine solutions
to clients diverse filling and handling applications challenges.
Typically,the
remit we receive is for a single machine to perform any number of
functions, fully automatically, with integral checking / control
of the final product and zero operator intervention.

A puck indexing system for laser printer cartridges with tare and
gross weighing, two stage filling, intermediate vibration, capping,
weight/cap control, coding, single operator loading / unloading. |

 |
One of 3 multi-function monobloc systems precision filling granules
into petrol tank breather filter cartridges for the Japanese motor
car industry with loading / unloading by a single operator. |
|
Indexing motion rotary system for vending drinks powders into canisters
with extremely small neck opening, including checkweigher feedback
and auto-stacking. |

Often, the
containers will be unstable and diverse, requiring pucks and special
handling systems. Difficult powders and exacting fill weights may
require multi stage filling with intermediate tamping or vibration,
with weigh systems being employed before the fill, during filling,
between fills and/or downstream as a final check with/without reject.
Proprietary
items for functions such as vial stoppering, cap closing/sealing,
labelling, coding etc. are sourced from recognised manufacturers
and brought together and integrated with All-Fill designed and manufactured
filling and handling equipment.

 |
System for weigh-filling narrow-neck vials and bottles for the European
Commission, with tray loading, rubber stoppering and integral isolation
glove-box enclosure. |

A single PLC
and touch screen panel bring all of the individual elements together.
Simple-to-use screens, with specially drawn AD graphics and digital
images in full colour, control the various functions with all variable
parameters programmed and held in memory for immediate recall.
Liaison with
the client is an important and integral part of the design process,
with regular consultations and stage-by stage approval of drawings.
The scope of supply will often change and widen as the design possibilities
are explored, resulting in a custom-engineered solution which exceeds
and outperforms the original remit.
